The only good thing about summer ending......

Only 17 days and counting until kickoff! There is nothing more exciting than the Maize and Blue taking the football field. Perhaps Coach Carr will be calling for a few more recruits (my favorite candidates are pictured below) to help the Wolverines get the job done this year. I am certain these players (pictured below) wlll allow the Wolverines to open up that offense as they have never done before! We surely can't lose to Ohio State with these guys playing for us! Go Blue!

Simple Affections....

Happy Happy Birthday Mr. Hoo-da...

I can't believe he's two already! Time flies far too quickly!

Three Girls and a Boy...

Gotta love them! Happily, their mother LOVES having many moments documented.

Dimples, Dimples, and More Dimples....

Luckily Caden, Cassie, and Chloe allow their aunt opportunties to document them often. I don't see them nearly enough!

Just Jack.....

What is not to love about Jack and his so very happy disposition. I spent a few days with his family and enjoyed them immensely! Good company, good food, and a happy baby! I love it.

Simon Says......

I will be seeing Simon again very soon and I can't wait! He's weathered a tough first year of new teeth and too many ear infections. We hope next year is easier for him despite the exciting announcement regarding his new sibling currently in transit. I am not sure which he would prefer......ear aches or siblings?? Only time will tell!

The Sandbar Reunion.....

My mother's family participated last year in donating money to the city of St. Anthony to improve the crumbling status of the sandbar. We celebrated the fantastic changes during our reunion in July. It was so fun to see aunts, uncles, and cousins. When my niece Gracey arrived on the scene, she looked around and proclaimed "We own this place!" Well.......we don't "own" it, but we have enjoyed it immensely in years past and will continue to do so for years to come. Thanks Whitney for sharing some of your pictures!
Jack enjoys his first summer at the sandbar with his parents. He loved the water and wasn't bothered one bit by the cold.
Mom and all her siblings and spouses at the candlelight vigil.

Dad and Eliza enjoying the view.

Mom and Megan playing cards.
Chloe's chalk art.
Gracey.......the source of "We own this place!"

The Only Thing Saving Us From the End of Summer....

24 days and counting until another season begins! You might recognize my favorite former Wolverine.
